Mary Jo started working on Mike’s team in March 2009. As Associate Financial Representative, Mary Jo enjoys helping new Financial Representatives develop their practice from “Day 1” to year two and beyond; she is responsible for many aspects of making sure that new representatives have all of the tools in place to fully serve each client’s needs. Mary Jo is originally from the “Land of 10,000 Lakes” (please, no Vikings jokes!) and graduated from the University of St. Thomas in S. Paul with a Business degree in Marketing. She also has a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Vermont.

In her spare time, Mary Jo enjoys working out and spending time with her family – her husband Gary, son Robert, and daughter Elizabeth. Mary Jo was lucky enough to coach Elizabeth’s volleyball team this past year and also judged for Robert’s Forensics meets. When time allows, Mary Jo and her family like to watch movies and enjoy her favorite snack, popcorn!

Mary Jo’s job responsibilities include:

  • Answering and processing client service calls
  • Ensuring applications are processed correctly and expediently
  • New Financial Representative development
  • Calendar management
  • Proposal preparation
  • Marketing support

Haley Hill joined Cornerstone Financial Group – Mequon in 2003. She works part time as office manager and Associate Financial Representative. Haley has a Bachelor’s degree from University of Wisconsin – Madison and has earned her MBA from UWM.

Haley, her husband, and two children live in Cedarburg. She is actively involved in the Cedarburg Junior Woman’s Club and St. Francis Borgia School.

Haley’s job responsibilities include:

  • Answering and processing client service calls
  • Marketing support
  • Office administration
