Wendy is responsible for assisting Mike with his personal production activity including; client presentations, assisting in preparation of the personal needs analysis, scheduling and confirming appointments for Michael Formella.  She has her life, accident and health insurance as well as her securities licenses.

Wendy graduated from Cardinal Stritch University with a Bachelor of Science- Business Administration.


Haley Hill

Haley works in support of the office's selection process as well as managing office operations. She has a Bachelors from the University of Wisconsin and a MBA from UW- Milwaukee. She worked as a recruiter for a professional placement firm before joining Northwestern Mutual.
